CHEATER SLICKS : I Am Low/Rock And Roll

Cheater Slicks is back with the first release on their own label Morbid Web Records. The single's main side 'I Am Low' is a crude pounder in the long tradition of Cheater Slicks, but has the addition of wild alto sax solos by Bobb Hatt. The lyrics are from a poem by Phil Milstein, who started the Velvet Underground Appreciation Society back in the early '80s. On the flipside is a Bo Diddley song done in Slicks style with lots of fuzz guitar, and bass by James Arthur (Fireworks, Necessary Evils, Manhunt) and piano by Will Foster. Cheater Slicks are known for doing strong 7" releases, and this one, 37 years through their story, might top them all! Get it while you can and don't miss out on this fantastic new single!
